Warranty Coverage
All Vaye Suitcases are covered by a warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty period starts on the date the product is received by the customer.
What Is Covered Under Warranty?
The warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Material defects not caused by use
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by normal use, including scratches, dents, and general wear and tear

Damage caused by improper use, overloading, or negligence

Damage incurred during travel, such as handling by airlines or transport after first use

Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the suitcase
Damage Upon Arrival
If your suitcase arrives damaged:

You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery

Please provide clear photos of both the damage and the original packaging
In this case, the product may always be returned to our warehouse in the Netherlands. After inspection, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Return Procedure
All returns related to damage must be reported to our customer service in advance. Returns sent without prior notification may not be accepted.
