Delivery Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Due to high demand, our current delivery time is slightly longer than usual. The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 8 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link to follow your parcel.

Shipping Method

VAYE Express orders are shipped with PostNL, DPD, or DHL — depending on your location and the fastest available option.
Your tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 hours after your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within Europe.
Any applicable shipping fees for other regions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import Fees

Please note that all shipments to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, and the United States are subject to customs fees.
